Charmost® Fine Line is designed for superficial injection and fine line correction.

Indications & Treatment Protocol
Fine Line is a 24 mg/ml BDDE cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) filler formulated for the superficial dermis. It is indicated for fine lines in delicate areas such as crow’s feet, forehead lines, perioral lines, and the tear trough, as well as lip contour refinement.
| Protocol Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| HA concentration | 24 mg/ml, BDDE cross-linked |
| Injection depth | Superficial dermis |
| Recommended needle | 27G × 2 |
| Particle size | 0.10 – 0.15 mm |
| Expected duration | 6 – 12 months |
| Touch-up interval | 6 – 12 months, per physician assessment |
A treatment session typically takes 20–30 minutes. Results are visible immediately after injection and settle within 1–2 weeks. After treatment, patients should avoid touching or pressing the injected area for 24 hours, and avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and high-temperature environments (sauna, hot shower) for 24–48 hours. Sun protection is recommended during the first week.
Mechanism of Action
Hyaluronic acid is a glycosaminoglycan naturally present in human skin. It attracts and binds water molecules, which provides hydration and volume. In Charmost® Fine Line, HA is cross-linked with BDDE, slowing enzymatic degradation and extending the product’s residence time in the dermis.
The small particle size (0.10–0.15 mm) is designed for superficial placement, where it smooths fine lines by adding a thin, even layer of volume just beneath the skin surface. In addition to this immediate volumetric effect, HA fillers are reported to stimulate fibroblasts and support natural collagen remodeling over time, which contributes to progressive improvement as the initial effect settles.
Because the product is HA-based, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if correction or reversal is ever needed, giving clinics a reversible and predictable safety profile.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fine Line | 24 mg/ml | 0.10 – 0.15 mm | Superficial | 27G | 6 – 12 months |
| Derm Line | 24 mg/ml | 0.15 – 0.28 mm | Mid-dermis | 27G | 6 – 12 months |
| Deep Line | 24 mg/ml | 0.28 – 0.50 mm | Deep dermis | 26G | 8 – 12 months |
Fine Line is the most superficial option in the Charmost® filler range. Choose Fine Line for fine lines and delicate areas such as crow’s feet and lip lines; choose Derm Line or Deep Line when treating nasolabial folds and areas that require stronger projection and volume.

FAQ
1. How long does the effect of Fine Line last?
Results typically last 6–12 months for most patients. Maintenance treatments at 6–12 month intervals help sustain the effect.
2. Is Fine Line suitable for first-time filler patients?
Yes. Because it is injected superficially in small volumes, Fine Line is often a good starting point for patients who want subtle correction of fine lines before considering deeper treatment.
3. How is Fine Line different from Derm Line?
Fine Line targets fine lines in the superficial dermis with smaller particles (0.10–0.15 mm). Derm Line is injected into the mid-dermis and is better suited to nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and lip enhancement.
4. Can Fine Line be used for lip contour?
Yes, it can refine the lip contour and perioral lines. Volume enhancement of the lip body itself usually calls for a mid-dermal product such as Derm Line.
