Deep Line is a 24 mg/ml BDDE cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) filler formulated for the deep dermis. It is indicated for deep nasolabial folds, marionette lines, cheek and chin augmentation, nose contouring, facial hollows, and temporal augmentation.

Mechanism of Action
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring, water-binding glycosaminoglycan in human skin. In Charmost® Deep Line, HA is cross-linked with BDDE to resist enzymatic degradation, giving the gel a residence time of many months in the deep dermis.
The larger particle size (0.28–0.50 mm) delivers stronger projection and structural support, which is what deep folds and volume-deficient areas such as the cheeks, chin, and temples require. The firmer gel matrix holds shape under the mechanical stress of facial movement better than softer, smaller-particle fillers.
In addition to the immediate lift, HA fillers are reported to stimulate fibroblasts and support natural collagen remodeling over time. Because the product is HA-based, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if correction or reversal is needed.
